I love flowers. You love flowers. Everyone loves flowers.
Fresh flowers make my heart sing and turn a bit to mush. Which doesn’t take much… but it’s a lovely thing when it happens.
When I was in hospital a couple of months ago, some wonderful friends and family sent me flowers and I am convinced that they aided my recovery. I felt cared for, loved, looked after and the flowers themselves were a fragrant and delicate contrast to the stark hospital environment…. I loved them.
Flower delivery services can be a bit hit and miss in my experience. I have always preferred going into a florist, having a chat and selecting my blooms with the person there and then… you know what you’re getting. You can trust it.
Which is exactly why I love Bloomon.
Bloomon change the way bouquets are put together and have rather turned the process on its head. They bring the outdoors, indoors through creating one-of-a-kind bouquets that surprise and bring happiness to the recipient. (ME.)
They deal one-on-one with the grower and have cut out the middleman entirely, so their flowers arrive at their destination in tip top condition at a very convenient time – Wednesday evenings 6:30pm – 10pm, to be precise.
Simplicity is the name of the game – the flowers do all the talking. There are varying stem lengths, big flowers, tiny flowers, enormous statement leaves and everything seasonal… the bouquets are artistic, interesting, unusual and every flower gets the attention it deserves.
They really do feel hand picked by someone who really knows their stuff.
The other string in Bloomon’s bow is the fact that you can set up a regular delivery for as long a period as you like. You can choose to have them delivered fortnightly or monthly and choose how large a bouquet you want. You can also add a vase to your order to complete the Bloomon look at home…
The best bit is, every bouquet is a complete surprise. But you do know it will be beautiful, fresh, special and seasonal.
I felt as though a meadow had been delivered to my doorstep and I absolutely loved it.
